Jenn at Travel Box International planned the most incredible trip of my life. From start to finish, every detail was handled seamlessly, allowing me to simply show up and enjoy. My sister and I spent five unforgettable days in Tuscany, followed by a trip to Rome. Even though we traveled to Rome independently, Jenn arranged everything from our train tickets and hotel to a guided Vatican tour.
Just before we arrived in Rome, the Pope passed away, which understandably affected the city and our plans. Throughout the uncertainty, Jenn stayed in constant contact with the tour operator, keeping us updated and ensuring everything would run smoothly. When we met our guide, they even commented on how detail oriented and thorough Jenn had been in preparing our visit.
