Working with Jenn was one of the best parts of planning our trip. She understood exactly what we wanted and made everything feel easy from beginning to end.
She booked our cruise rooms right next to each other and arranged private shore excursions in Italy and Greece so we could enjoy the days our own way. She stayed in touch with our guides the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly, and we always felt looked after.
Jenn also handled all of our private transfers and train tickets. We were nervous about the trains, but she explained everything clearly and even called us the night before our Switzerland train to walk through it together. Our time in Switzerland was amazing, and the Jungfraujoch experience she booked for us ended up being one of our favorite memories.
Her pre-trip documents and tips were so helpful, and she checked in often so nothing ever felt confusing or stressful.
